The African Market Day is a fantastic free event that is taking place in Woolwich Town Hall London SE18 1PW.
The African Market is taking place on April 25th 2009 from 10am- 5pm. There will be a variety of activities taking place on the day including performances by Kersha Bailey, Kay Young, Churchboyz and Zil'o'Ka.
We have special guest speaker Toyin Agbetu and the Mayor will be attending. There will be a range of exhibitors selling and promoting arts and crafts, music and of course food!!!!!!!
It's been a while people!!
Yesterday was a good day for me, I performed at the Cordless online show will be up on the Internet real soon.
I met some great up and coming artists who were also performing
They also interviewed me which was real cool, I wasn't nervous at all. But the team was real professional, even though they were running a bit behind time. They made sure that we was real comfortable..so nuff respect to the whole Cordless team.

Finally.... Jill has given birth to a healthy baby boy!
Scott and her fiancé, musician, Lil John Roberts, had a boy named Jett Hamilton Roberts. The child weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz., and was born at 4:20 p.m. What an amazing turn out it has been for Jill Scott., after having been told that she would never conceive. Great news!..Where all thinking of you Jilly and hope you have a fast recovery!...What a day!!!!

I've just come in from the cordless gig, which went well despite the drummer having no hi hat....yes...no hi hat. You thinking, "what the hell" right!?!
But yes, despite the drummer having no hi hat....the gig went really well.
Shout outs to Anna Leaddra Chapman and Ed Shereen who killed it. We were talking about working with each other, so look out for that.
But wow! today was a lovely day....time for the batty riders...lol!!! joke
But you know what I enjoyed more, the drive to and from the gig...bumping J*Davey to Earth Wind and Fire in the car. The sun was shining and the weather was easy.
But yeah, I would have gotten home earlier but me and my friend decided to have a talk about our love for biscuits, he went deep boy...I thought I was bad.
But overall, I had a lovely day.
But you know what, I'm tired and need to sleep....I gotta get up in 5 hours.
I'm just praying I still have a job when I go in as I left early without informing the boss!

There aren’t any real exclusives on here, but Cudi has been releasing songs here and there lately and this is pretty much a collection of them. There is a brand new song on here called “Daps and Pounds.” It’s ok in my opinion. The highlights on the tape are pretty much all of the other tracks and the fact that it’s nice to have them all on one tape. The mixtape features the new tracks from Cudder like “I Poke Her Face,” “Sky Might Fall,” and “Buggin Out 2009.” A good mixtape for any CuDi fan for sure. Check it out. GERTRUDE BAINES, THE WORLD'S OLDEST LIVING PERSON, HAS CELEBRATED HER 115TH BIRTHDAY WITH A BIG CAKE.
She was also officially recognised as the world's oldest person by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Ms Baines - who was born in 1894 in Shellman, Georgia - received a letter from US President Barack Obama, who took time out from his busy schedule to wish her a happy birthday.
To put things in perspective, Ms Baines, whose father was the son of slaves, witnessed the invention of the automobile, the age of flight and was 18-years-old when the Titanic sank.
The 115-year-old says she owes her "longevity to the Lord, that she never did drink, she never did smoke and she never did fool around".
Ms Baines made the local news in November when she cast her ballot for Mr Obama in the presidential election, saying she backed him "because he's for the coloured".
She said she never thought she would live to see a black man become president.
Ms Baines' ascension to the top spot came after the death of a Portuguese woman, Maria de Jesus, who was also 115.
