Power Naps!
I tend to function better after power napping. It's crazy because I'm scared of the 8hr sleeping session as I feel like I'm missing out on a lot for it. My mum gets concerned when I'm up all time of the night, mixing, steaming, recording.....but things have to get done.
I wish it didn't have to be like this, bu hey...its the life I chose and it will pay off!
